No wolf, I'm not having a good time

  We were waiting in the prison. Wolf went out to "explore". Probably did shit again. I wasn't in a good mood, and the started nagging me over and over and wanting to pick a fight. Then he tried with celadon.

They came to pick us up. But when they tried to take Stella's thing one of the animals got out. Then said: ohhh you're a mage, come eat with us.

I didn't want to leave Stella alone so I followed her in the dining room. The joke of the maid dress turned out useful after all. It was long, and boring, but at least I could identify the mages and how they acted between them.

And then. Hell broke loose.

One of the Butler just entered the room with explosives, making everything blow up. Including us. I grabbed Stella and jumped out the window. Then I saw the rest of the city, also in fire.

What the fuck?

I went to the church and found Ellie, So, Sly and a baby? Stella passed out by the gruesome discovery of bodies... then Ellie decided to go alone in the city so I went to get her and brought her back to the church. 

Back to the church I was getting really nervous since I didn't see anyone I was with from the mansion. Sly decided to accompany me to go find them. Sofia gave us a talking stone so we could communicate. Pretty neat. When we arrived at the mansion, we saw the mages preparing for the hunt, summoning hellhound. We told the others and Sofia told us one of them was her dad.... Erggg. We also needed to hurry since the fire was getting stronger.

So the plan was simple, while Sly looked around the mansion, I would go in to see if someone was still stuck inside. But just as I was about the go on, a huge beam of light from the city erupted.

The.

Actual.

Fuck.

That was clearly Ellie. But i would deal with it later as time was running out. I got back in the mansion. I managed to go back to the prison. But found no one. I tried to yell but the sound of the blaze covered all other noise. My clothes had all burned up and I could see my bones on part of my body. I had to get out before the sceal was affected. I got back outside and found Sly with Kite that was badly hurt. I don't know what I looked like though, but Sly puked and Kite didn't recognize me. I just stole Sly's cape so I wasn't creeping out more people. Kite needed emergency care ASAP so I carried him as fast as I could. Midway he passed out. He was bleeding and had pieces of wood sticking out of him. I had to listen if he still had a heartbeat. There was no one at the church anymore and I tried to run as fast as I could. 

At the city, the demoness was there. 

Great. We really needed that. She was probably attracted by that beam of light from earlier. I went around unnoticed and got Kite to Ellie. She healed him as Sofia mended my body. The mage arrived with the hellhound and Wolf (unharmed) managed to make the demoness attack the mage. Sofia and I took the moment of distraction to go back at the mansion to find the others. If Kite was that hurt, maybe the others too. My only hope was that there wasn't a dragon going free, but that still wouldn't let us know if they were still badly hurt. And no news of Prisma.

I ran with Sofia only to be met with.... Dolls? I have no time to deal with that shit so i jumped over them... And the mother fuckers can jump too.

And explode.

Sofia and I fell to the ground, to meet with Rosie the mage. We told her the hunt was in the village, but she didn't care. She left and left us with... more dolls. I don't have a lot of spells, but I can cast darkness. Which I did. So while they didn't had any more sense, I just left the darkness dome with Sofia. And rushed through the path to go back to the mansion. I took a second to change myself at the mansion and we saw Sly running towards us. Then hiding in Sofia's bag. The fatso mage came out of the wood ...running? We told him that the elf went toward the village. He thanked us and left to the village.

Sly got out of the bag and we try to search for the others around the mansion. But we only heard a small noise.... To be shot by a freeze arrow pinning me in a tree. When I tried to to unpin the ice, my hands froze on it....

.... Fucking great. 

I pushed myself with my legs from the tree and we started running so we weren't sitting ducks. The air got colder as we ran and and the ground started to freeze. Then when we thought we had a second, we saw a big spike of ice form over the trees. And then shatter a few moments later. Big shards of ice came raining on us. I couldn't grab So and Sly since my hands were frozen on me, so I kicked them hard so they would get caught. I saw them get out of the way as I was impaled by ice shards.

.... Such fun times.

 I feel bad to have kicked both of them, but at least they didn't get touch by the ice. Sly tried to help but touched me before I could tell him not to. So he got stuck on me.Sofia shattered the ice to free us and then healed Sly and me. We wanted to get out of the wood and Sly knew where we were actually. (With all the running I lost track) We heard a loud noise near the mansion and when to check. There was Taos and Celadon in front of one of the mage body. Celadon called back Taos that was clearly Dragon possessed.

Then they said that that they were trapped in the mansion.

I don't know what happened at that moment. But I think something in me broke. 

I went back in the fire and I didn't heard them. I didn't find them. ...

I didn't...

I...

I tried to talk but words wouldn't come out and a mix of unknown emotion just bursted in me.

They were ok cause he was immune to fire. He was ok cause he was with the Dragon. If not, both of them would have perished in the fire.

When I finally got to my sens i just patted Taos 's head saying I was glad they were ok.

When they asked what was going on... I just blurted out what the f that just happened...

 Then we decided to check on the others. I was still worried about Prisma that we didn't find at all. What if she was trapped under the mansion too... So said she was probably saved by cosmog.. I hope so .... But still. She might be hurt.

We got back to the church and Celadon started yelling at Wolf, who didn't seemed to cared... Or was just enjoying himself. 

The more celadon yelled, the more my mind became foggy. I agree with what she was saying. But as the things finally seemed to calm down, I realized i couldn't even recognize my feelings anymore. I was angry. Sad. furious. Guilty. Helpless. Mad.

And the person I was the most furious with wasn't even Wolf. It was Ellie.

When I found her, Stella and taken the time to bath her and she was resting.

I just snapped. I couldn't take it anymore and just yelled at her.

I just...

I can't....

My emotions are just a mess right now. I can't even evacuate them. I'm ....

Whatever. 

I don't know anymore.

I went outside and Taos say something about a hard night or something.... I just... I don't know... and walked back to the mansion...

Nothing more charming than having people fucking all around (yes, that includes you wolf)

 I wish I could do that thing they call sleeping.

Or just throw myself out the window from the 3rd floor.

Wolf's annoying tricking, trying to make me gamble while I clearly know that everything is rigged.
I don't know what he did in the city. But I'm 10000000% sure it's his fault. I don't have proof, but in case of doubt, blame him.

When we saw the birds, we knew it was coming. The thing with Ellie.

My first mistake was waking up Taos, who was just pissed.



Well, you know what? Fuck it! I'm not going to get affected by it anyway, joke's on you!!!



.... I had instant regrets the moment I looked outside and saw the shit show (part 1) happening. (for my defense, I thought it would only happen at night) As pissed as I was, I'm at least going to keep my word and not throw him in the pit of horny people.

Then we heard round 1 between what I think was Ellie, Stella and some guys I didn't recognize their voices.

Then we had the shit show by the window part 2, and I'm not entirely sure what happened, but Celadon was pissed at Wolf, and I was too over it to just react at that point. When Wolf asked me to keep an eye on them, I just gave him my eye. (yes, I am funny. ha.ha.) Celadon joined us in the safe room as we explained what happened. As I went to get some food for the living things in the room, I asked Prisma to come with us in the room as I wanted to ask her some questions about the guardian angel. And if we could put Selen's crystal in me.... then we heard it

 Round 2 of Ellie and Stella.


welp.... so much for paper-thin walls. We tried to keep the conversation going until we heard the round 1 or whatsoever is going on in the room next to us involving Sly and Sofia. (Or just sly, complaining (see yelling)  about being naked and tied up or something)

Part of me was just, lol, about time. Another part of me was thinking about unscrewing my head until it was over. As I saw the others look in their face and think it was a good idea to get drunk in the morning, I guess my road to becoming humanlike is not too far off.

So we all went downstair hoping to have a bit of I don't know, relaxing time but nooooooooooooooooo soldiers came in and brought us to the mansion. (except Ellie, So and Sly.... that might still be fucking idk)


So yeahhhhh, you know the place we didn't want to go, well, we are there. Then the old man started questioning us... I wonder if it's fresco papa or chamberlain... And Wolf (disguised as Ellie) tried to have the upper hand and... bruh... Even I'm not stupid enough to piss an old man like that. Also, good thing Wolf was the one to be zapped.

Now we just wait cause their will either send us to be hunted or sex slaves... erg.... I'm just not sure where I fit, though...

Chicken? what chicken? We don't talk about chicken, no no no no no

 So, when Kite woke up, I ended up showing the crystal to everybody. Wolf told us it was actually a witch crystal and really important to them. And it’s most probably the Ocean Heart Crystal.

Great.

After that, we went into the ruins and followed Elie's instincts to get somewhere. We ended up in a big temple with unicorns and drawings on the walls. Turns out, after a monologue from Wolf, it described the White Witch's story and how she was married to Wolf. Then Elie touched something (not surprising), and there were big lights. She said she spoke to her birth mom...

We started walking back and went deeper into the mines. Sly was really bad at detecting traps—so bad that Sofia decided to tie herself to him. I kind of wonder if they like each other or not. I mean, they’re always arguing and interacting with each other... either out of love or spite. Not sure, but they’re clearly enjoying it.

We actually activated a trap by mistake, and we heard water rushing. Wolf had the "good" idea to activate the ceiling trap so we could climb and be on top of the mines. Of course, there had to be an oversized snake that attacked us. And, of course, I had to do something stupid.

So, I thought to myself, if I teleport higher than the snake, I’ll be able to punch it and free Kite/Sofia or whoever was in its mouth.

But things didn’t go well. I missed, went through the floor, and dragged Taos with me into the water. We were dragged far away by the current and dumped in a pile of corpses... of random things that might have once been alive. Of course, we were now super clean and smelled like flowers. We managed to get out and walked our way back to find the others. Taos was obviously hurt, and I felt really bad about it. We got into the armor room and took a break there (well, Taos did). He was probably tired from all the walking and his injuries. So, we looted the place before sneaking around the hall and trying to avoid all the mechanical guards. We fought some statues (which I finished first, and I could finally say, “Oh, you’re not done yet, bro?” HAHAHA, PAYBACK!).

Then we managed to move around without much problem until... the exhibition room. And of course, the door locked behind us. Halfway through, some of the animals started moving and tried to attack us. Being already injured, we decided to run. And then it was there.

The chicken.

That motherfucking chicken was throwing feather daggers at us. So I picked up Taos (because, well, I’m a faster runner and I don’t get tired), and then the dagger struck a spot where I couldn’t move anymore. My body stopped responding, and I dropped to the floor, flat out. Taos panicked for a second, and I don’t know how, but he managed to pick me up before healing me. After getting smashed by a mimic too, we started running away again, because, well, we had no time for that, and at this point, we were triggering all the monsters. Taos was already injured enough, so running was our safest option. But that damn chicken was still chasing us. We finally got trapped between two monsters and the chicken and had to fight, but luckily, So, Sly, Lily, and Kite showed up (well, I actually saw Sly only later because he was hiding).

So, once the chicken died. I grabbed it and started smashing the other machines with it, destroying it beyond recognition. Once the fight was over, I just looked at Taos with the "I’m getting rid of evidence" look, grinding the chicken’s little bits into powder.

Let’s never talk about this. Ever.

Afterward, Lily told us that Celadon was hurt and stuck under a machine, but by the time we got there, she was gone.

Kite managed to follow her scent to a golden door. There was a magical field that prevented us from entering. Except me. So, I just knocked on the door, and someone soullessly opened it. Before closing it, I went on the other side. I saw books and people, but they didn’t pay attention to me. I searched around and found a sigil. Sofia’s little cannon trinket busted it, opening the door. Now, we’re ready to continue...

 Bien sûr, il fallait que la ville des halfling où nous sommes allés brûle également. 3 villes, 3 dommages collatéraux. 

Les beasts que Fresco nous a envoyé ont détruit la ville. Ils étaient clairement après Sofia. S'ils n'étaient pas apres Si, ils essaient de kidnappé Ellie.

Une fois que j'ai pu finir avec mon Beast je suis allée aider Taos et Céladon qui avaient se la misère avec les ours. Ok, j'ai pas pu enveler l'ours du premier coup...

Ok, il savait pas que j'avais un bras en moins... 

Une fois qu'on a eu terminé avec les Beats et vu le village en feu (encore) on a décidé de partir au plus vite. J'ai quand même pris un moment avec So pour observer les homonculus et garder un des cores.

Nous sommes partis et avons marché le plus possible afin de nous éloigner de Fresco. Une chance de j'avais acheté une map a la ville et pris des notes. Ça nous sert grandement. En route vers la mine de nains, nous au jasé un peu de tout et de rien. J'ai pris un moment aussi pour parler avec Taos.

Le problème avec ne jamais dormir, est que mon cerveau est actif en tout temps. Donc je pense tout le temps. Et a un talent pour me faire des scénarios...

Mon premier point était sur la possibilité que Cadaceus soit mon créateur. Ça expliquerait pourquoi il serait tenu prisonnier par Fresco aussi.

Ensuite, qu'il soit un mage/artificier... Ou encore la possibilité qu'il soit lui même le blue witch. J'ai aussi émis la possibilité que je sois moi même le blue witch, mais Taos a dit que mon tag était plus comme une marque d'esclave... Donc peut de chance, mais je ne peux pas enlever la possibilité quand même car pas de preuve que je suis ou que je ne suis pas....

Le deuxième point est a propos du ocean heart crystal. Fresco veut faire des homunculus et est incapable vs moi qui en est un avec une âme. Il cherche le crystal et dit que Sofia sait où il est (mais le sait pas..)

Ce que j'ai remarqué avec les Beast, est que les âmes que Fresco vole, deviennent un liquide et celui-ci est utilisée comme "sang"/power source pour activer ses homunculus.... Mais dans mon cas, je n'ai pas de sang. Donc il reste une théorie séparer en 2. 

1. Le Crystal est utilisé dans le transfert d'une âme.

2. Le Crystal est la power source/ core.

J'ai expliqué ma théorie a Taos que j'aurai probablement le crystal en moi. La raison pour laquelle je ne veux pas le dire a Si, est que si elle vérifie et cela est vrai, cela va la mettre encore plus en danger... Et moi également. Taos ma quand même dit d'en parler a Sofia car c'est elle l'artificier et serait la meilleure personne pour le savoir. Aussi, si elle touche le crystal et que la course apparaît, on va savoir que c'est bien le bon crystal.

En parlant de tout ca, je réalisé que la personne que j'étais avant ne devait pas être si ordinaire. J'avais émis plein de theorie comme quoi j'étais juste la au mauvais moment, que j'étais une personne ordinaire ou encore j'avais fait qqch de vraiment terrible pour me faire punir. Mais avec l'information qu'on a maintenant, je réalise qu'un homunculus est aussi rare qu'une licorne et est presque mythique. Que le crystal que j'aurai possiblement en ma possession l'est tout autant et très convoité. Je crois pas que quelqu'un aurait mis mon âme la dedans si j'étais si normal.

Est ce que je me suis fait ça moi même? Est ce que c'était pour fuir quelques chose et me cacher, ou c'était encore pour me sauver ou sauver mon âme?(De Fresco en autre). Les possibilités que je sois un mage deviennent de plus en plus forte. Plein de questions se sont mis a se bousculer en même temps dans ma tête.

J'ai demandé a Taos s'il pensait qu'on resterait encore amis une fois qu'on serait je suis qui. Et le fait qu'il dit qu'il ne verrait pas pourquoi pas ma rassuré, comme s'il a apaisé soudainement tout ce mélange d'émotions incontrôlables. Puis il s'est mis a me tapoter le dessus de la tête.

Il fait quoi? C'est quoi ça? C'est un rituel que je connais pas? En cas de doute, fait la même chose.

J'ai mis ma main sur ta tête et je me suis mis a lui tapoter la tête aussi.

Finalement que j'ai compris que c'était juste une marque de compassion..?

Nous somme retourner plus proche du campement puis nous avons jasé de trucs randoms et de missions qu'on avait déjà fait (ok, surtout mes échecs)

On a vu Tiberius parler avec Céladon, et Taos a juste dit qu'elle était super fâché.

Lorsque tout le monde est allé dormir, Tiberius et moi on a décidé de s'entraîner. (Ou moi Dodger ses attaque pour pas que je blessé Ellie en dommage collatéraux) Puis Lily est sortie partiellement en disant qu'il y avait une femme. Tiberius et moi on a juste vu un papillon... Puis Lily s'est mise a suivre le papillon. Tiberius la suivi. Quand ils ont commencé a s'éloigner, j'ai réveillé Ellie avant d'aller rejoindre Tiberius et Lily. Lily a soudainement disparu en disant qu'il y avait une porte. Même si elle disparaît tout le temps, c'était assez étrange.

Ellie (qui glow in the dark and it's a problem) est venu avec le reste du groupe nous rejoindre. Et au même moment Lily est revenu. Elle nous a dit qu'elle avait vu une vision du passé avec une dame blond cendré, un bébé, des nains et un gros crystal rouge... Et la ville en feu par Miranda the res witch (que Tiberius a l'air de connaître). Et une porte de dragon qui mène dans les mines.

Après que Lily ait trouvé la porte sous les débris et confirmer que ca s'ouvrait, je me suis mis a creuser. L'avantage d'être fort, ne jamais s'épuiser et pas dormir a des bonus. J'ai dit aux autres de se reposer pendant que je creusais. Puis un rugissement...

Tiberius: ah oui, en passant j'ai vu des grosses empruntes de Beast ou qqch....

.... Bien sûr, une chimère a 3 têtes s'est abattue sur nous. Puisque j'étais dans le trou, j'ai pu éviter les breath et je suis allé la frapper a pleine force. Soudainement c'est devenu tout noir... Et j'ai juste frappé devant en espérant la pogner. La noirceur est disparu et la chimère était morte. Une chance, so, sly, Ellie étaient tous inconscient. Céladon s'est dépêcher a aller guérir le monde.

Lily a refait un dôme pour que le monde puisse se reposer. Malgré qu'on était la nuit, la dôme avait de la lumière, et je crois que ceti le moment de vérifier avec son pour le crystal. Si Lily l'avait vu, elle serait capable de le reconnaître. 

So était extatique de pouvoir me toucher. Et sly pensait que je lui faisant des avances sexuel... Bruh.. dude.. what sex?

La mécanique de mon corps était loin de ce que je m'attendais. Je pensais a quelque chose de similaire a ceux de Fresco, mais finalement c'était loin de ça. So a fini par trouver mon côte et Lily a confirmé que c'était le même type de crystal qu'elle a vu, mais bleu. Donc très possible que ce soit le ocean heart... So a décidé de toucher le crystal et a eu une décharge électrique. Et est tombé inconsciente...

Il va falloir que je demande a so de me refermer quand elle va reprendre conscience...

Et demander a Kite s'il a déjà vu quelque chose comme ça...

After running away and Celadon explaining the circumstances of their curses, it started to make sense.




When I saw his eyes glow in the room earlier, I was wondering if he was a dragon. didn't expect it to be half true. But now, knowing this. I knew I had to talk with him...




because we are bounty hunter...

Shesh bruh, I finally get to talk to him.

My plan was simple.
Since he made his boundaries clear the night before. I kinda felt bad learning this heavy piece of information without his consent. So, I wanted to give him information in exchange! fair trade!

... but I guess I'm still really bad at expressing myself.

first, he thought I was going to either sell him off or try to kill him.

then while trying to explain he thought I was going to blackmail him.

but like he said, it's how normal people react. I guess? I don't know. I'm far from being normal. and I caught on quickly that I don't think or comprehend the same way as others. Even if I do have emotions or feelings, it's clear that I don't feel them like they do.

It's not like I really need money either. I need money for information on my curse and hanging with them is the best source of info I managed to get. Taos really knows how to hurt me.

The deal I made with him is kinda of a dangerous one too. To always answer all his questions with the truth. But, I'm pretty sure he won't believe me 100% even if I tell the truth.

Also thinking back, he knew what I had and didn't try to sell me off. I really enjoy fighting alongside him too. but the small candle of trust that got lit is already flickering with the wind. and I know that the moment that light disappears, the small trust between us will shatter like broken glass. Then the void inside kinda grew bigger.

After talking with him and getting into some kind of agreement, I finally told him my name. Well, the name "he" gave me when I woke up.

He also told me Taos wasn't his real name. I didn't want to force him, so I told him that I'll wait for when he'll be ready. I guess that did help

After talking with Taos, Sly told me that I should just have told him that I liked him. Thinking about it, I do like him. I like the fact that we fight well together. But my way of liking is a bit different. it's mostly I like you or I don't.

We got to the halfling village and managed to get in. We got information about the prison and questioned the dead. The only thing that worries me is Fresco.

if my hunch is right. he is fuelling his homunculus with people's souls probably because he doesn't know how to attach a soul. Which means I must be super careful around him.

Also, Cadaceus that keeps changing body. the hypothesis that he could be jumping from one body to another.

Also from what I understand, attaching a soul to a homunculus is really hard. I knew it was rare.... but at this point, I think it's legendary. So maybe Cadaceus is the one that did this to me. but why? Or did I do this to myself to run away?

I have so many questions, my mind is a mess and I don't want to bother him or any of them as they have their own worries to deal with.





also, at the end of the day, I'm just a talking chair with feelings.

The feeling of the endless void.

Those words.

They hurt even more now.

I was a fool. I got too comfortable with the people around me. I was happy. For the first time, someone actually wanted to team up with me even though they knew I easily mess up. I think we have a good fighting chemistry. I wanted to open up a little.

After all this shit in the tavern, the meeting with the pink lady and talking with Lily, I had a feeling Taos wouldn't sleep. We had 2 fights and I knew he was tired. Seeing his pattern, he wouldn't close an eye. I decided to go check on him cause if he's tired, he'll suck at fighting if anything happens.

I was looking at the ledger and taking notes on the map when I saw his tattoo pulse. He then woke up in pain. His eyes were glowing red and his pupil was slit. I wasn't really surprised as I knew he wasn't really human in the first place. I saw a beam of light outside and I was suddenly worried about Ellie. Probably her curse was acting strange too. 

But... I couldn't just leave either. I would kinda be an ass to just leave Taos there... and I was sure Tiberius would probably check on her fast enough.

I heard a click on the door and put myself in front of Taos, just in case his eyes were still glowing or he had something weird showing. Like, just in case.

Celadon rushed in. Talking about the curse and everything. 

Then I said that Taos was lucky that I was the one in the room cause I already knew he wasn't really human.

Then those words.

"You know nothing!"

I haven't heard that in a while. Those words pierced me like a sharp sword. But, unlike the sword, I did feel the pain. Suddenly consumed by the void inside of me, remembering how empty my existence is.

I want to understand what's going on... I want to help. If you don't tell me I'll never know.

"Celadon, don't tell him!!"

It startled me, making my expression shift for a split second. Those words kinda sting. If the words of Celadon didn't hurt me enough, that was a critical hit. I honestly didn't like him at first, but I think we were starting to get along really well. I was happy cause I felt like maybe someone would hang out with me. That I could, even for a second, forget that endless pit inside of me. So I guess that's why it hurts so much. But it's not like they know, it's not like I told them... And Taos, he clearly drew the line that I shouldn't cross.

The atmosphere kinda became weird

I am the third wheel.

Even though they said I could stay, I've known this feeling too well. I can read the atmosphere and I know when I'm not wanted somewhere.

I'll guess I'll just grab my things and leave so they can talk about it...
